Civilisation has operated in two ways - To make one part of society more affluent and the other more wretched than would have been the lot of either in a natural state
There are Natural Rights and Civil Rights. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness
Where Our Power to Execute Our Natural Rights is Perfect, Government has No Legitimate Jurisdiction
When the Forces for War are Greater than the Forces for Peace   Then the World is in Danger
Politics is not a Dirty Word. It is a Way of Life. How is Your Way of Life Today ?

We are not what we say we eat……….-

Some Live to Eat and others Eat to Live-

What do we really eat ?-

The health freaks speak with authority what healthy eating is –

Wholemeal instead of white bread
Eat less butter etc…

But 63c % of people interviewed said they had increased their fruit and veg intake but market statistics show a fall in 10% over the previous 5 years.

33% said they ate more fish, but real fish consumption rose only 9%.

Most interviewed said they were eating more fibre, more fresh produce and less meat, but market statistics again showed the nation was eating more meat than it had for the last ten years.

One American professor remarked of the survey that if you want to know what people eat – sift through their dustbins, they are more truthful than people.

FACT- people are eating more chocolate and pastries

85% of Americans said they did not drink beer but 75% had beer cans in their dustbins

So the health freaks have only suceeded in making people more guilty

about what they really eat.

No Expense spared food is the real truth today – vegetable soup, prawn cocktail, steak with chips and peas, gateau, cheese and biscuits, coffee and wine.

And not forgetting days gone by, tomato soup, sole, roast chicken with roast potatoes, peas and spouts, trifle and cream cheese and biscuits, coffee and wine.

It seems the saying a little of what you fancy does you good
