PUT THE POLITICIANS ON THE MINIMUM WAGE AND WATCH HOW FAST THINGS CHANGE
Civilisation has operated in two ways - To make one part of society more affluent and the other more wretched than would have been the lot of either in a natural state
There are Natural Rights and Civil Rights. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness
Where Our Power to Execute Our Natural Rights is Perfect, Government has No Legitimate Jurisdiction
When the Forces for War are Greater than the Forces for Peace   Then the World is in Danger
Politics is not a Dirty Word. It is a Way of Life. How is Your Way of Life Today ?

PSC urgently needs your support to continue with our campaign

Dear Supporter,

We would like to share with you a message that we received from Abdallah who joined Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) on 22nd July this year:

“I’m from the north of Gaza near the border, I write this message under the sounds of fire, random artillery missiles and F16 jet bombardment which strongly vibrate our houses.  The shelling has not stopped all day…. I am very proud to work with you to improve the status of my country Palestine and refute the lies and atrocities committed by the Israel Occupation Army.  Thank you very much for your great efforts and interest in our issue and what we are suffering in Palestine”.

Abdallah and his family survived the war but now face its devastating effects.

Will you help us continue to make Abdallah a proud member of PSC? Will you help us deliver on the hope that PSC’s work is inspiring in Palestinians across Gaza and the West Bank today?

Whether it has been through a donation, membership, volunteering or activism, your support for PSC has been tremendous this year:

  • Over 150 000 of you from across the UK descended on London 19th July to protest against Israel’s horrific assault on Gaza, in which more than 2000 Palestinians were killed, including 513 children.
  • 61 023 of you wrote to your MPs July-August urging them to pressure Israel to stop its collective punishment of Palestinians. 645 MPs were contacted. That’s close to every MP in Parliament.
  • October’s historic vote for recognition of Palestine followed 57 808 emails being sent out by you to MPs through the PSC email tool in just 11 days.  It was a landmark victory with 274 to 12 voting in favour of the motion.
  • And you have set up more than a dozen new PSC branches across the nation, uniting communities in local actions of boycott and delivering important messages of awareness.

Your solidarity is making a difference, but more needs to be done. We need to make our leaders take a stand against Israeli Occupation and endorse Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS).  With the general election next year, it is important that we take action.

Please donate to PSC today and support the important work we do.  Every donation- whether £1 or £100- makes a real difference to helping us expand our campaign.

In the words of Mustafa Barghouti, Palestinian Representative, speaking to PSC members at the National Lobby for Palestine in September:

“Thank you for everything you have done for Palestine and Gaza. We have been watching the demonstrations. What you have done has given the people a great amount of moral support and…I ask you to continue with this solidarity work because we have a very, very big fight ahead of us”.

Please donate as generously as you can.

Best wishes,

Hugh Lanning (Chair) and Sarah Colborne (Director)
