We are thrilled to bring you our Palestine on a Plate: Zoom Cook-Along fundraising event! We will be joined by wonderfully talented and renowned Palestinian chef Joudie Kalla who will give you a unique chance to cook a recipe passed down through generations of her family from Palestine, learning not only the technique but also its heritage and cultural significance.

We will also hear from Manal Ramadan White, Zaytoun’s Managing Director who will give some insight into the ingredients and the inspirational Palestinian producers behind them.
