I ASKED THE OMBUDSMAN SERVICES TO INVESTIGATE TOTO ENERGY – AGAIN
THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO THEIR FINDINGS AFTER 3 MONTHS

I DIDN’T EXPECT YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT A FIRM THAT FRAUDULENTLY SENDS PENSIONERS DEMANDS FOR MONEY WHEN THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO IT, SHOULD CONCERN YOU.
AFTER ALL THE GOVERNMENT IS AS CORRUPT IN IT’S ACTIONS, SO MUST ITS EMPLOYERS BE, AND IT BELITTLES YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE £50 YOU ASK ME TO ACCEPT DOESN’T EVEN COVER THE COST OF THE EXPENSES OF MAKING THE CLAIM TOO.
YOU DON’T BELIEVE THE DISTRESS THEY CAUSE ME AND SO MANY OTHERS ?
TOTO ENERGY MUST BE LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THEIR BANK.
DO YOU REALLY THINK THEIR SYSTEM HAS CHANGED ?
I WOULD NOT STAY WITH THEM A MINUTE LONGER
EXCEPT MY TARIFF IS FIXED AT THE OLD RATE,
SO THEY CONTINUE, EVEN NOW, TO SEND STATEMENTS UNRELATED
TO WHAT MY CREDIT WITH THEM IS
AND STILL MAKE DEMANDS FOR MORE MONEY
I SENT YOU DETAILS OF A CREDIT FROM A PREVIOUS ACCOUNT,
THAT TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS TO RETURN.
AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD PAY COMPENSATION,
BUT FAILED TO DO,YOU IGNORE THAT TOO.
TOTO ENERGY THREATEN, ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION TO TAKE
ME TO THE CREDIT COLLECTION UNIT –
EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE THE AMOUNT OWING IS 00.00p
AND YOU IGNORE THAT TOO.
SO THIS IS GOING ON THE WWW.
THE OMBUDSMAN SERVICES ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE IN
PROTECTING VULNERABLE CUSTOMERS FROM ENERGY SHARKS.
SO GO ON COLLECTING A SALARY AND PROTECTING THE INTERESTS OF BUSINESS.
I NOW REALISE HOW LOW YOU HAVE STOOPED.
I MUST ACCEPT THE £50,
BUT NOTE WELL THE LAST TIME YOU FOUND THEM OUT OVER A £100 FINE
THEY REFUSED TO PAY IT UNTIL I ASKED YOU TO RE-OPENED THE CASE
WHICH YOU ACCEPTED AND STILL TOTO ENERGY BEHAVE
AS BADLY AND WITH IMPUNITY.
THE LATEST NONSENSE IS THAT WE SEND THEM METER READINGS AT THEIR REQUEST
AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGE IT,
ONLY TO ASK US TO RESEND THEM 3 DAYS LATER
BECAUSE THEY DON’T BELIEVE US
EVEN THOUGH WE EXPLAINED BEFORE HAND
WE WERE ABROAD FOR HALF THE MONTH.
IGNORE THESE FOOLS,
AS I MUST DO YOU,THE OMBUDSMAN SERVICES
AND COMPANIES THAT ABUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
THIS IS CAPITALISM AND IT’S ROTTEN TO THE CORE.
THE OMBUDSMAN SERVICES HAVE LOST THEIR TEETH,
IF THEY EVER HAD ANY, AND HAVE ONCE AGAIN BEEN FOUND WANTING.
