
Bake em in the oven in their jackets
Then cut them in half
Allow to cool a little
and scoop out the potato from the jacket
put in a bowl and add grated cheese, butter and a little pepper
Mix together and refill the jackets
Adding a little grated cheese on top
Pop under the grill until browned
Serve on a plate with a fork
Outside on a cold Bonfire night
Or any other night for that matter.
