Meat & Vegetable Clear Soup
You can use any vegetables and left over meat of your choice
to prepare this tasty, nutritious soup
and serve with bread toast.
Makes 4 servings
1 knob of butter
Diced meat and bacon ?
finely chopped carrots
finely chopped cabbage
Peppers – not hot
? 1 litre vegetable stock or more
1/2 tsp soy sauce
salt and to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1. Heat the oil in pan, add onions and meat and saute till it turns golden brown.
2. Add the meat & cook
3. Add the vegetables and saute for 2 minutes on a high flame.
4. Add the vegetable stock, soya sauce, salt and pepper and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
