Civilisation has operated in two ways - To make one part of society more affluent and the other more wretched than would have been the lot of either in a natural state
There are Natural Rights and Civil Rights. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness
Where Our Power to Execute Our Natural Rights is Perfect, Government has No Legitimate Jurisdiction
When the Forces for War are Greater than the Forces for Peace   Then the World is in Danger

“Bread & Circuses” – How More Morally Repugnant can the Tories make Capitalism for the People ?

The rich will do anything for the poor but get off their backs. –Karl Marx

The UK Tory Party are the Political Wing of the Ruling Classes who want Capitalism to survive but as Ancient Slave Society followed Primitive Communism and Capitalism followed Feudalism so Society Changes and Socialism will succeed Capitalism eventually …..

MAO.. continued ( In his Little Red Book )

“The Ideological and Social System of Capitalism-

resembles a dying person who is sinking fast,

like the sun setting beyond the western hills, and

will soon be relegated to the museum”

Reform of the English Parliamentary System would be a good place to start

First the House of Lords and then the House of Commons all with the consent of the People.

” However much the reactionaries try to hold back the wheel of history, sooner or later revolution will take place and will inevitably triumph”

Capitalism “sows the seeds of its own destruction”?

What does Karl Marx mean by Capitalism
“sows the seeds of its own destruction”?

Karl Marx had several reasons, mostly independent of each other, to believe that capitalism would plausibly self destruct.

The first reason is that of which the proletariat would suffer escalating relative immiseration.

The second reason is that Marx believed competition would in due course, drive the effective rate of profit to zero.

The third reason is that Marx saw capitalism as subject to an infinite cycle of boom and bust, which was the case in his time

The fourth reason is not stated explicitly by Marx, rather, it is implied.

The reason is that of which the combination of the immiseration of the proletariat and the “manufacture of scarcity”, that is, the deliberate generation of poverty in order to keep the proletariat under control, would become so obvious that they would simply find capitalism morally repugnant.
